- 1. To promote and encourage Tourism Activities around Manas National Park safeguarding the Environmental Ecology of the Forest.
- 2. To get Affiliated / Associated to Tourism Bodies / Wildlife Conservation Bodies and support Individuals / Organisations who are working or willing to work for Conservation and Preservation of Manas National Park.
- 3. To acquaint the Local Population with Skill Development which members are able to provide and get associated with relevant Government bodies for Skill development activities in the field of Tourism and improving the standard of professionalism so as to cater to the needs of the travellers.
- 4. To promote Responsible Tourism and Community Based Tourism(CBT) keeping in view the development of inhabitants living in Fringe Villages in the field of Tourism.
- 5. To safeguard the interests of the Accommodation Units around Manas National Park and maintain ethical standards within themselves.
- 6. To educate, equip, improve the competence level of members to meet the challenges of tomorrow through trainings, discussions, meetings and seminars and lead a process of change to meet the challenges of the current and future business environment in the field of Tourism.
- 7. To provide a common platform for members and their families by fostering the spirit of co-operation, understanding, goodwill, and fraternity amongst themselves and promote social life.
- 8. To set and regulate practices to be maintained by members so as to establish highest ethical and disciplinary standards and act / assist as arbitrators in the settlement of disputes and difficulties arising amongst members.
- 9. To act as negotiating body, maintain close contact, represent matters and make recommendations to the relevant World Bodies, Governmental Bodies, Non-Governmental Bodies, Trusts, Corporates and Individualsin Development of Tourism and other ancillary activities relating to Tourism in and around Manas National Park.
- 10. To enter into any agreement or arrangement with any other organisation, trust or association having objects similar to those of the Association and join any such organisation, trust or association and to get affiliated or grant affiliation to any such organisation, trust or association having similar objects.
- 11. To acquire by purchase, gift, lease, grant, bequest, donations or otherwise building and other movable and immovable properties or rights therein or privileges attached thereto and to hold, manage, develop, sell, mortgage, let on lease or otherwise dispose of such assets which will be deemed necessary or convenient for any of the purposes of the Society.
- 12. To accept gifts, donations, raise subscriptions from the members or other persons for providing income to the association, on such terms and conditions as may deem proper and necessary for the fulfilment of the aims and objects.
- 13. To borrow from bank or other financial institutions or individuals amounts necessary and get associated to Corporate's CSR funds for carrying out the objects of the society.
- 14. To engage in any activity which is included and conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
